How do I change my payment method?

Instructions for editing your credit/debit card details for your subscription.

How to change my payment method?

Quant Data uses PayPal for the payment processor. Should you need to change your billing information it must be done through PayPal, we do not handle your payments.

To change your payment details through PayPal follow the instructions below.

Using a computer:

  1. Click the Settings icon next to "Log out."

  2. Click the Payments tab.

  3. Click Manage automatic payments under "Automatic payments."

  4. Click the name of the merchant for the agreement you want to change.

  5. Under "Payment method," click Change next to the funding source you're looking to change.

Using your PayPal app:

  1. Tap More at the bottom of your home screen.

  2. Tap Manage your subscriptions and more.

  3. Tap the plan you want to change.

  4. Tap the payment method.

  5. Tap Link a new bank or card.
